Opiate Awareness Events


The Wood County Prevention Coalition and its member organizations will host two events on the campus of Bowling Green State University this month to raise awareness of the opiate epidemic.

The first event will be held Wednesday, September 14, at Olscamp Hall, Room 101, and feature several guest speakers. The event runs from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Contact Milan Karna at mkarna@wcesc.org for more information and for parking passes.

The second event will be an opiate awareness walk held on Sunday, September 18, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Stroh Center. Parking passes will not be required for this event, but wear your walking shoes!!
