Tobacco 21 Coalition Presentation

Tobacco 21 Coalition Presentation

On Sept. 16, 2016, Tom Geist, Regional Director for Prevention Tobacco Addiction Foundation, talks about the Tobacco 21 initiative.

The initiative, which has been approved by almost 200 cities across the United States, increases the purchase age for tobacco products from age 18 to 21.

In this episode of the Wood County Prevention Coalition Podcast, Geist presents to coalition members the arguments for the age increase, and the process to follow to make that happen at a local level.

Parental guidance is ENCOURAGED.
