Tobacco 21 is a nationwide effort to change the purchase age of tobacco products from 18 to 21, beginning at a local level. So far, nearly 200 cities have adopted the policy.

In this episode, Tom Geist, Regional Director for Prevention Tobacco Addiction Foundation, talks more in-depth about the initiative with our hosts.
